Firm History

Gordon Roth, Joe Kristan, Wayne Floerchinger, Tim Breitbach, and Steve Weiss started Roth & Company, P.C. in 1990. Over the years, the firm has grown steadily, and now has ten shareholders and over 20 staff personnel to serve a growing clientele. With active practices in accounting and auditing, personal and business tax planning and preparation, bank compliance consulting and microcomputer consulting, Roth & Company, P.C. is proud to serve businesses throughout Iowa.

Jay Anderson, CPA

Jay is our tax Managing Partner, and he leads our executive financial services practice. He has extensive experience in tax issues of high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, financial planning and closely-held businesses.
