Royal Gorge Rafting

Royal Gorge Rafting began in the late 70's as Brown's - Royal Gorge Rafting in Canon City Colorado. Mark Brown led the company to become Colorado's largest rafting outfitter and the 1st to run "the treacherous water of the Royal Gorge". We took over the location of Royal Gorge Rafting in 2005. Since then we have rebuilt "RGR" from the ground and have returned to being 1st choice in Royal Gorge Rafting once again.

Join us on this amazing Colorado rafting trip through the Royal Gorge. Choose from either a Half Day or Full Day of world-class white water rafting. The Royal Gorge is world renowned for the epic scenery of the 1200' walls that tower over you, while you raft below the world's highest suspension bridge. The class III, IV, (V) white water of the Royal Gorge features many exciting rapids such as Sunshine Falls, Sledgehammer and the Narrows, just to name a few.

Enjoy either a full day or half day of Colorado white water rafting along the Bighorn Sheep Canyon of the Arkansas River. This is a definite family favorite and is suitable for children ages 6 and up. This section of river is the perfect place for your first rafting experience and for experienced paddlers alike. On The Bighorn Canyon you will encounter exciting rapids such as Wake Up, 3 Rocks, Spikebuck, Sharks Tooth and many more. You will also encounter tranquil and calm stretches of river in between rapids. Enjoy the magnificent scenery while watching for many of the Bighorn Sheep that make this canyon home.
