Hello, my name is Sam A. Paiz Sr., and I have been an entrepreneur for over 35 years. LMS, formerly Lat-Tel Multi Services, was founded in 1991. The company focused on providing various services to the Hispanic community in the Greater Houston area. LMS's vision is to educate and assist the community with its experience in real estate, federal income tax, insurance, and bookkeeping services. I completed my GED and went to work for my father's paint & body shop. I was trained in all areas, from car repair to paint job finish. After the army reserves, I started my tow truck company with my brother. I realized we were the only law enforcement translators, which gave us a unique advantage. We were able to grow in time with employees and own seven tow trucks. Then started an income tax, pager, and cell phone business. I received my insurance, mortgage broker, and real estate license. I moved into my first retail space and combined all my services with LMS.
