Shauna Goulding-Davis Interiors

For over 27 years Shauna Goulding-Davis Interiors has been designing private residences and commercial establishments. She started her design career in Atlanta, Georgia working for three different design firms before moving to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to work for McKay's Interiors, a firm known for its fine antiques and quality clientele. She then set her sites on Macon, Georgia where she has been based since 1987 opening her own design firm in 1989.

Shauna graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. In 1988 Shauna began teaching Interior Design classes at Macon State College in its Continuing Education Department for 14 years.

Shauna Goulding-Davis Interiors has participated through the years in various Designer Showhouses for The Macon Heritage Foundation, The Home Builders' Association of Middle Georgia, Christmas Designed Rooms at the Hay House, and The Southern Living Idea Home of 2001. Shauna has also been featured in several design publications including The Gwinnett Daily News, The Macon Telegraph, Macon Magazine, Southern Living Magazine, and Spectacular Homes of Georgia, which featured The Top 100 Designers of Georgia, The Wheeling News Register, and The Steubenville Herald Star. As a result, Shauna Goulding-Davis Interiors has become a sought after design firm in Macon and outside of the state of Georgia also. Shauna has been currently working on a design project in California, the North Georgia Mountains, and her most rewarding one to date has been doing a client's new home in Prague, Czech Republic.

The "Staging of Homes" has been another avenue that Shauna has been doing for her clients who want to sell their home and do not want to leave it completely empty but want to showcase their home's wonderful interiors so that perspective new home buyers may see the home's potential. Staging can be done as little or as much as the clients feel is necessary to showcase some or all of the rooms of their home.

Shauna Goulding-Davis Interiors is dedicated to transforming her clients' ideas into a reality. She creates a design process achievable at any level, whether designing an entire home, office or simply one room. Her commitment is to provide her clients with their dream environment from the initial concept all the way through to the final installation. Shauna has always worked to match her clients specific needs to their styles, not her own. This close client -designer partnership, coupled with her design abilities, has resulted into environments that are unique and beautiful to each individual client.

It is Shauna's goal to help her clients realize what they want for their homes or offices, but not able to achieve on their own and to make it a reflection of them and not the designer or something copied from a magazine.
