SKB Procurements, Inc. was established to complete the "full service" cycle by providing product procurement services to SKB Architecture & Design clients. Procurement services benefit our clients by offering economic advantages, project continuity, and product and timing controls not provided by conventional dealerships. By evaluating and analyzing various conditions throughout the project, SKB Procurements supports SKB Architecture & Design's goal to achieve overall design excellence at the lowest possible cost. We have procured over $50 million in products for our clients since our inception in June of 1993. The ability to control the procurement process and installation services results in greater success for SKB and our Clients. As an option to conventional dealership purchasing, SKB Procurements acts as the agent, representing the client's interests in matters of pricing, production, delivery, and installation. This representation is imperative to assure project and product quality, proper logistical and administrative support and cost controls.

To maximize the efficiency of each project, SKB Procurements provides expertise regarding technical and logistical concerns, coordination with construction drawings, changing product costs, streamlining the specification process, and controlling product availability. Our knowledge of product and associated costs enables us to quickly and accurately assemble furniture and finish budgets. Our involvement in the manufacturing community keeps us abreast of potential industry changes and typically results in minimizing problems during the design and procurement processes as well as during the delivery and installation of furniture.
