To accommodate every patient's schedule, our sleep diagnostic centers are open 7 days a week. We also provide in-home patient sleep studies and CPAP and Bi-PAP services and supplies. Please call us to schedule an appointment. Physicians and other providers can fax or email the patient s prescription for a sleep study, CPAP or BI-PAP setups, or supply renewals to (800) 647-0315. Our staff will seek all required insurance authorizations, schedule services, and issue a report within 3 days of study.
We provide home sleep apnea testing at your convenience. Home sleep test are able to measure heart rate, movement in your chest and abdomen, oxygen saturation, airflow, time spent snoring, and your sleeping position. They are effective at detecting sleep apnea and providing treatment plans. We also provide in house sleep apnea testing at our Rancho Cucamonga facility.
Most people come to the Sleep & CPAP Center through a physician referral. Maybe your partner has complained about your snoring and your primary care physician has written a prescription for a sleep study. At our Rancho Cucamonga facility, we can perform in-lab diagnostic, CPAP, and bi-level sleep studies. We also provide in-home sleep studies and CPAP, and Bi-PAP treatment options. We also have physicians on staff who can see you for a consultation and recommend any sleep studies that may be required.
We work with a variety of insurances and if you don't have insurance, we offer flexible payment plans.
