Smith Design & Consign offers new and used furniture and home decor. The new store opened November 1st. We are not like the traditional consignment shop. We encourage you to take that extra step in designing the perfect room. Maybe, you don't have the time or patience to plan out every minor detail in creating the room you have always dreamed of. That's what we are here for. Whether you are looking for one single item, or a room full of new decor, we are at your service. We also offer Interior Design services. Need a revamp on that old bathroom, or the living room that has been the same for six years? With us, you have the option to design or just simply consign!
Our store offers new and used furniture and decor. When you walk into Smith Design & Consign, enjoy a cup of coffee, and take the time to look around. Begin to imagine all the possibilities of decorating. We want our customers to get inspired to design that perfect room. Maybe you're buying a new house, or possibly revamping that old study. Whatever room it may be, there are unique styles for unique individuals.
We offer many different decorating styles such as: mission, contemporary, cottage, vintage, classic, country, traditional, and retro. We also have decor such as, but not limited to: vases, pictures, picture frames, candles, throw pillows and blankets, centerpieces, wall hangings, clocks, unique lamps, handmade decor, artwork, shower curtains, and antiques. We also offer furniture such as: couches, end tables, coffee tables, entertainment centers, antique buffets, hutches, desks, dressers, custom made mosiac tile tables, kitchen tables, pub tables, recliners, chairs, and more. There is also a kids corner perfect for decorating the little ones' room!
If you are planning on redecorating or just clearing some space, bring your gently used furniture and decor in to consign. Furniture must be pet free and smoke free. There should not be any tears, rips, discoloration, or spots and stains on furniture. Decor must be in great condition with no cracks, tears, or broken pieces. We do NOT consign mattresses or bed sets, such as comforters and sheet sets. Call and schedule an appointment today or send us an email to consign your items. Only if your items are too large to be brought in such as: large entertainment centers, hutches, couches, etc. we can schedule a time to come to you, and look at your items you wish to consign. All items are to be approved by owner before they can be consigned.
We also offer Interior Design services. If you have been dreaming about that perfect room we can make it a possibility! We design rooms ranging from kitchens, living rooms, to bathrooms. Let us do the work for you.
Our store is located at 41 East University Ave. Suite 1E in Champaign, Illinois. We are downtown Champaign, on the southeast corner of brick building, which is just west of the Train Station. Look for the black awnings. See you there!
