SMP Architecture is an Architectural and Planning firm located in downtown Pensacola, Florida. Founded in 1989, SMP provides professional services in architecture, planning, urban design, sustainable design, and interior design. Our expertise lies in a variety of project types including residential, commercial office, hospitality, retail, mixed use, land planning, and multi-family residential projects. In addition to new construction, this work has also involved renovations, additions, and adaptive re-use of historic structures. SMP has worked on over 48 hospitality projects varying in value from $2.5 million to $35 million throughout the United States.

Brian, a founding Principal of the firm, brings 25 years of experience as an award winning designer. His experience involves adaptive re-use of historic structures, renovations, and new construction of hospitality, housing, condominium/multi-family residential, and commercial office buildings. Brian's commitment to design excellence is evident in all of the projects he is involved in.
