Even before Steve started Steve Biddy Painting in 1985, he and his school buddies were known in The Triangle for doing good-quality local paint jobs. So when he finally fired his business up, he and his two employees were off to a reputable start. The rest was just hard work and determination, which proved to be the path to success. In 2002, Steve franchised his business to a friend; in 2008, he received the Angie's List Super Service Award, and he and his 30 professional employees now get over millions of work a year.
