Sunstate Cleaning is a professional roof/exterior cleaning and paver restoration company servicing Palm Beach County since 1997. Unlike other companies, we are very experienced in this industry and we provide detailed cleanings and excellent customer service. We use only the highest quality 2 part commercial grade sealer, as well as non-film forming impregnating sealers on pavers, travertine, coquina, marble, Chicago brick, ect. Using high quality sealer is very important. We have had customers who used other companies that were "cheaper" but it is very expensive $$$ to fix a bad seal job once it is done. Paver Sealing is a very technical specific service that requires many years of experience to know which products work on which surface and how best to apply. Proper Sealing is NOT a diy project and should not be left to a handyman. Sealer should NEVER be applied over previously sealed pavers that have a ‘cloudy or milky" appearance (caused by a bad seal job) as it will only compound the problem and won't fix it - bad sealer needs to be professionally removed prior to re-sealing with the correct product. We do residential driveways, pool decks, patios, walls, as well as commercial pool decks and walkways for condo complexes and HOA's.
