Suzanne Rennard Design Associates

Suzanne Rennard was born in New York and attended St. John's University in Jamaica, NY. Suzanne was employed in the fashion and entertainment industries in New York City before relocating to New Hampshire with her family.

Suzanne started her business when a local builder/developer hired her to decorate his model homes. Subsequent to that first job, Suzanne went on to design and decorate hundreds of model homes and won multiple national awards from the National Association of Home Builders. Suzanne Rennard was the first Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing in New Hampshire, a status granted to those who have demonstrated outstanding design and marketing skills in merchandising new homes.

Fifteen years after starting her business, Suzanne turned her focus to residential design which was a natural offshoot. Years of designing and decorating model homes gave Suzanne a genuine "feel" for what consumer's were looking for in their homes. Talking and listening to people's actions and reactions to certain styles, colors and trends honed her skills as an observer.

"I believe every client has an unmistakable style sense that is uniquely theirs. I think it's my job to find that style sense and interpret it in the most pleasing way. Most people don't want a designer with a "look" that identifies themselves. A home should reflect the people that live there and their favorite things."
