Tim Terry established Terry Lockridge & Dunn in 1978 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It quickly developed into a major accounting and tax consulting firm. In 2008, Terry Lockridge & Dunn and World Trend Financial opened its doors to a new Iowa City office building. This newly constructed 17,000 square foot building uses LEED (Leader Energy Efficiency Design) elements and wide spans of glass to bring in natural lighting.
