Toastique Sarasota is our second Florida franchise, which opened its doors in July 2023. Sarasota is a popular tourist destination that has a thriving foodie culture, with many visitors and local residents passionate about trying new and exciting foods. Since opening, owners Laura Anderson and Paul Diballa have continued to partner together and work as a team to provide guests with a welcoming place to enjoy a tasty meal or on-the-go snack. Their passion for healthy food choices led them to fulfill their dream of bringing a new concept to Sarasota, FL.

The seedlings of Toastique were planted when our founder, Brianna Keefe, did the radical human thing of following her passions. As a youngster, she dabbled in juices and breakfast smoothies and as a D1 athlete, she got more serious about fueling her days with high-quality, whole foods. Add her love for the simple beauty that fruits and veggies bring to the table and boom - Toastique in all its gourmet toast glory was born.

Toastique is where beauty and all-day brunch-y goodness come together to break bread, and smoothies, and coffee, and juices, and... you get it. Yes, our food is a feast for the eyes, but we're more than just a pretty plate. We are the fast-casual, modern dining your inner health nut has been waiting for.
