As soon as the Australian Government has processed your travel visa application, we'll send you confirmation. Your ETA or EVV will be linked to your passport electronically, so there is no need for a visa lable.
Your travel authority will be valid for 12 months (unless your passport expires before that). You are allowed to enter Australia as many as times as you like within the validity period as long as each visit is 3 months or less.
If you are not able to apply for an ETA or EVV, or if you wish to visit for a period longer than 3 months then you will need to apply for a Visitor Visa.
