My name is Max Walters and I am the managing partner at Walters and Kondrasheff. I have been a practicing CPA for more than twenty five years and have been in Santa Cruz since 1983.
I enjoy my tax practice which includes planning as well as tax preparation for individuals, corporations and partnerships. If you have complicated real estate transactions, including tax-deferred exchanges give me a call. I am in charge of many of our not-for-profit audits and also specialize in tax preparation and audits of Homeowners Associations. If you have a small to mid-size business we offer bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks consultations and financial statement preparation for most types of businesses.
