What Is Water Cycling?
The resistance created by cycling underwater is twelve times greater than cycling on land, increasing blood flow and improving your cardiovascular endurance. The Hydrorider is designed to grow with you. With its 4 paddle flywheel, the faster you pedal, the more resistance you create, ensuring that you can work-out to your level and grow over time in class. At the same time, the water relaxes muscle tension, helping to prevent injuries or muscle pain normally associated with an intense work-out. Plus, it keeps you refreshed. With the addition of exercises that target your arms and chest, it's a great body workout.
