Kelcey's identity is multi-faceted and she recognizes the individuality of each client that comes through her doors. Waxing will always involve some amount of pain, and the results are mostly the same; hair is removed from the root to achieve smooth skin. However, Kelcey excels at accommodating each client to make their waxing experience the most comfortable it can be. Though she is very efficient, she does not focus on speed; the comfort and safety of her clients comes first. The label Speed Waxer never felt right to her and she refers to herself as a Comfort-First Waxer.
