Sankey E. "Eddie" Webb, III
Sankey E. "Eddie" Webb, III, grew up in Charlotte County, FL, and was graduated from Charlotte High School; The Citadel in Charleston, SC; and achieved a Masters in Business Administration at Auburn University in Alabama.
He served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force from 1970 - 1979. He joined Blankenship, Livings, Lamar & Co., a CPA firm in Montgomery, AL., from 1979, and served as a partner in the firm from 1983 to 1985.
Eddie returned to Charlotte County in 1985 and opened an independent general accounting practice in Punta Gorda. Today he is the managing partner in Webb, Lorah & Company, P.L., Certified Public Accountants.
He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a Community Association Manager in Florida.
Eddie is Past President of the Kiwanis Foundation of Charlotte County and has been a member of the Punta Gorda Kiwanis Club since 1985. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of AMIkids Crossroads.
Geoffrey L. Lorah
Geoff graduated with honors from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and Pennsylvania. Geoff is also licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager.
Geoff's primary areas of practice includes audit, accounting, tax planning and tax return preparation services for small business entities, common interest realty associations and not-for-profit organizations. Geoff also provides tax planning and tax preparation services for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations.
Geoff is currently a member of the American Institute of CPA's, Florida Institute of CPA's and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's, as well as the Community Association Institute. He has been a CPA since 1977 and with Webb, Lorah & Company, P.L. since 1989. Geoff is actively involved with local charities and community organizations.
