Wood Fire Food is a full service farm-to-table experiential catering & event production studio established in 2019 by Chef Daniel Sabia specializing in seasonal open fire cooking & biodynamic design, committed to supporting a regional food system. Our mission is to tell stories & build memories around three simple ingredients: Wood, Fire, and Food. Wood Fire Food aims to become a global lifestyle brand and leader of agri-immersive dining experiences. Every wood fire food experience is unique. The food/ aesthetic changes by season. Clients receive their menus the month of their event, we source hyper locally and serve only what is in season. Chefs cook and prepare a meal using only a live open fire and cooking equipment created by chef daniel sabia (called westchester's "renaissance man") in front of guests.
